Maintenance Technician

Strong Will Property Management (SWPM) is seeking a qualified and forward-thinking candidate to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. We manage nearly 300 units in various buildings and condominiums all over Chittenden county.

Job Description:

Qualifications Strong communication skills and client-oriented A resourceful and solution-oriented mindset. Maintenance Technician experience preffered IRC Certification is a plus Plumbing and electrical experience is a plus Basic tools to perform general work required (specialty tools will be provided) Driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities:

Assist with turnovers and general property maintenance. Perform routine maintenance associated with apartment buildings and single-family homes, including annual preventative maintenance and inspections. Complete projects from start to finish and document using our property management system.

Compensation Package:

Full-time position of 40 hours per week, competitive salary based on experience. Mileage for performing onsite tasks. MVP Healthcare Insurance allowance of $300 per month is offered after 3 months of full-time work is complete (40 hours per week). 15 days PTO per year and 5 paid holidays. Request for more time off will be case by case will ample notice to cover your responsibilities. 401k immediately and a company match after a year of employment. Match is subject to employee contribution.
