A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SPA SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provide service and maintenance to trailers and vehicles Maintain inventory of spa parts on the vehicle and in the store organized, labeled, and stocked Provide water tests for customers Provide service to customers in local area Assist local store sales team when necessary Provide technical support to customers Assist in setting up shows and show room at local store Maintain and submit expense reports monthly Communicate local needs with service manager to improve the customer experience Maintain local service schedule, detailed notes of service provided, close service tickets, and collect payments from customers Schedule local service calls with the customer Assist with general maintenance needs for the local store facility Ship replaced warranty parts to Bullfrog manufacturing facility Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of general computer software such as Microsoft Office.
