What You'll Be Doing Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on plant equipment to support safe and reliable operations Troubleshoot mechanical issues and restore equipment to operating condition efficiently Complete preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment life Read and interpret work orders, manuals, and schematics to execute repairs accurately Follow safety, environmental, and operational standards while collaborating with site teams What Are We Looking For Demonstrated capability to maintain and repair industrial mechanical equipment Strong troubleshooting skills with a safety first mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment Skill in using hand and power tools relevant to mechanical maintenance tasks Reliable, detail focused, and adaptable to changing operational needs Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing ⁠Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
