The ideal candidate would be someone who can complete a variety of maintenance and repair tasks. Required to turn units and follow a punch list of repairs, complete work orders in a timely and professional manor. Remodel properties, drive company vehicles and work with various tools. Responsibilities Complete work orders in a timely and professional manor. Work by themselves or with a team Document/pictures of all work done and materials used Utilize power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing materials. Restore and renovate existing structures to meet client specifications. Perform maintenance person duties including caulking, drywall repair, and other general maintenance tasks Larger remodel jobs including drywall, flooring and various other tasks Collaborate with other trades on site to ensure project completion within deadlines. Requirements 2-4 years of experience in remodels/maintenance Knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Experience with siding, fences, and remodeling projects. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work well solo or within a team environment. A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required for transportation to job sites.
