We're looking for a Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping things running and enjoys the satisfaction of a job well done. What You'll Be Taking Care Of Across our nearly 80 acres of RV storage, self-storage, commercial office, light industrial, and residential properties, you'll be the person who keeps everything in good shape. You'll work alongside our Facilities Team and property managers to handle a wide variety of hands-on tasks — from routine repairs to the occasional unexpected fix.

Daily responsibilities include:

Performing routine maintenance and repairs across multiple property types Using hand and power tools to complete work safely and efficiently Assisting with moving furniture and materials as needed Coordinating with property managers to prioritize and complete work orders Participating in an occasional on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
