Job Description

Do you enjoy problem solving, and finding solutions? Do you enjoy working "hands on"? Do you receive satisfaction from leaving a job well done, and knowing that your work was appreciated by a tenant? CPI offers competitive pay, reasonable on-call schedules, paid time off, company vehicle and a generous 401K. Must have prior experience in property maintenance, a driver's license with a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check.
