NOW HIRING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN On the Boulevard Apartments

On the Boulevard Apartments, a large apartment community, is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our in-house maintenance team.

Interviews begin:

May 11, 2026 We are a full-service, in-house operation handling all aspects of apartment maintenance and property care.

Duties Include:

Apartment unit turnovers Resident work orders Grounds maintenance Painting, drywall, and carpentry repairs Basic plumbing and electrical work Appliance repair Landscaping and pool maintenance duties General property upkeep

Requirements:

Valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to perform a variety of maintenance duties Background check required Reliable and team-oriented

Experience:

Maintenance experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
