This role focuses on evaluating, fixing, and maintaining general store issues to keep our shops safe, functional, and guest-ready. For the right person, this position can also transition into a long-term operational role , including the opportunity to work as a team member and grow into additional opportunities if desired. Primary Responsibilities Evaluate and repair general maintenance issues around the store Perform tile repairs , drywall patching , painting , and caulking Hang shelves, signs, fixtures, and other store items Troubleshoot minor plumbing, door, tables, and hardware issues Identify potential problems before they become major repairs Coordinate with store leadership on priorities and needs Travel between the three store locations as needed Optional Growth Opportunity For candidates interested, this role can expand into store operations , including: Working as a team member and growing into additional roles Supporting daily store operations Long-term growth within the Cold Stone team Qualifications Proven handyman or maintenance experience Comfortable with basic tools and repair tasks Ability to work independently and problem-solve Strong attention to detail and safety Reliable transportation to travel between locations Positive attitude and professional communication Why Join Us?
