If you enjoy bringing signs and graphics to life and helping local businesses stand out in the community, we'd love to hear from you. How You'll Spend Your Time In the Field (About 60%) Install commercial signs and graphics including wall murals, window graphics, vehicle lettering, dimensional letters, banners, and displays Review job sites, verify measurements, and determine the best installation methods Solve on-site challenges and ensure safe, accurate, high-quality installations Work independently at customer locations throughout South King County In Production (About 40%) Support all shop production work from start to finish, including sign assembly, vinyl prep, finishing, packaging, and quality control Work alongside the production team on both install-bound and customer pickup projects to ensure every job meets quality standards and deadlines Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production environment What We're Looking For 1-3+ years of sign, graphics, vinyl, wrap, or related installation experience Vinyl application experience required; vehicle wrap experience a plus Comfortable using hand and power tools daily Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Ability to lift, carry, and install signage materials throughout the day Clean driving record Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently Benefits Monthly Team Performance Bonus Paid Time Off Health and Dental Insurance Options Ongoing Training and Development Growth and Advancement Opportunities If you take pride in your work, enjoy seeing finished projects out in the real world, and want to be part of a team that values quality, accountability, teamwork, and a positive attitude, we're excited to meet you.
