Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Kent, WA. This full-time role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional with 3 to 5 years of experience supporting facility operations, equipment reliability, and general building systems. The Maintenance Technician will play an important role in keeping equipment, machinery, and facility systems operating safely and efficiently. This position offers a stable work environment, supportive leadership, strong teamwork, and opportunities to continue building technical skills across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance. This is a great opportunity for a dependable technician who enjoys troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and working in a fast-paced environment where quality, safety, and responsiveness matter. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment, machinery, and facility systems to reduce downtime and support safe operations.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, and general building maintenance issues.
  • Repair or replace defective components and respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders.
  • Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs, equipment concerns, and potential safety issues.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, work orders, and documentation using basic computer systems.
  • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, facility improvement projects, and vendor or contractor coordination as needed. Compensation and Benefits
  • Direct hire opportunity.
  • Salary range: $63,000 to $68,000 per year.
  • Full-time schedule.
  • Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required based on operational needs.
