In this energetic role, you will engage homeowners directly through door-to-door visits, building rapport and identifying opportunities for property investment and development. Your enthusiasm, communication prowess, and persistence will be key to expanding our network and creating win-win situations for clients and our team alike. This paid position offers a unique chance to develop your sales expertise while making a tangible impact in the local community. Duties Conduct door-to-door outreach in targeted neighborhoods to introduce our real estate investment services and generate leads Build rapport with homeowners through friendly, professional conversations, demonstrating excellent customer service and communication skills Identify potential property owners interested in selling or exploring investment opportunities Gather relevant property information and qualify prospects using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar tools Follow up with warm calling techniques to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel Collaborate with the team on marketing strategies, providing feedback from field interactions to refine outreach efforts Maintain detailed records of all interactions, updating CRM systems accurately to track progress and follow-up actions Requirements Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently and professionally Experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales is highly desirable Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other customer relationship management tools Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Proven ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns effectively, especially warm calling to nurture leads Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales processes is a plus Demonstrated customer service orientation with a proactive attitude towards business development Ability to work independently in outdoor environments, maintaining motivation and resilience throughout the day This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their sales career within a supportive team environment.
