Entry-Level Countertop Installer Helper

Countertop Installer Helper | No Experience Needed Tops Countertops is hiring a full-time Countertop Installer Helper. This is an entry-level position for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade, work with their hands, and build a long-term career in the construction/countertop industry. No countertop experience is required. We will train the right person. Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Full-time, 5 eight-hour shifts per week What You'll Do You will work directly with an experienced Lead Installer and help install stone countertops in homes and businesses throughout the South Puget Sound area.

Job duties include:

Helping load, carry, and install countertop materials Assisting with removal of existing countertops Learning how to install sinks, seams, backsplashes, and caulking Keeping jobsites clean, organized, and safe Communicating professionally with customers and team members Learning the skills needed to grow into a Lead Installer role over time What We're Looking For Reliable and on time Willing to learn Strong work ethic Able to follow directions Good attention to detail Comfortable with physical work and lifting Professional attitude around customers Construction experience is helpful, but not required Must be able to pass a background check and drug test Why Work at Tops Countertops?
