What You'll Do As part of our installation team, you'll help install custom glass products in residential and commercial settings, including: Custom shower enclosures Mirrors Cabinet glass Glass shelves Grab bars Shower seats Other specialty glass products You'll work directly with customers and contractors, represent the August Glass brand in the field, and help deliver the high-quality finished product we're known for. What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and positive attitude Dependable and punctual Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with pride in quality workmanship Ability to accurately measure and use tape measures/levels Comfortable using tablets and phone apps for work Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Ability to lift 50-100 lbs and work on ladders/scaffolding Flat glass experience is a plus, but not required. Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay:
