Job Description Overview:

A storage facility in Port Angeles is looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to assist with general repairs and upkeep. This part-time role is ideal for a hands-on, "jack-of-all-trades" professional who is comfortable handling a variety of maintenances tasks on an as-needed basis.

JOB DUTIES

May include but not limited to the following: Perform general maintenance and repair work throughout the facility Assist with light construction projects and minor building repairs Conduct basic plumbing repairs and maintenance Perform light electrical work (e.g., replacing fixtures, outlet, switches or troubleshooting electrical gate) Troubleshoot and address maintenance issues as they arise Communicate repair needs and completed work to management

Requirements:

Experience in general maintenance Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable, punctual, dependable Own your own basic hand and power tools Excellent communication skills Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and perform hands-on repair work

Pay:

$20/hour

Schedule:

about twice per month, 4 hour shifts
