Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Highland Property Management LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for various painting and maintenance tasks that contribute to the upkeep and enhancement of our properties. Your expertise will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and appearance of our managed properties. Responsibilities Perform painting tasks on various surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes. Assist with property maintenance and repairs as needed. Install fixtures and perform light carpentry work when necessary. Restore and maintain property features to enhance overall aesthetics. Utilize hand tools effectively for various construction tasks. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Proven experience in painting and general labor roles. Familiarity with hand tools and construction techniques. Basic knowledge of plastering, and fixture installation is a plus. Experience in landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, and pruning Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
