Home Maintenance Technician

Benson Remodeling is a Puyallup based maintenance and remodeling company. We perform a wide variety of tasks related to residential and commercial maintenance. All work is performed at various locations and would require being prepared for anything every day. Home Maintenance Technician This is an independent level technician. Someone at this level would be expected to work alone daily, be knowledgeable with scope of work and materials , have time management skills, work fast and efficiently, and be able to diagnose and problem solve issues in the field. Candidate should be mechanically skilled and able to use a variety of power tools. Maintain a proper knowledge of the job, and report diligently and accurately what repairs are needed via a phone app. Candidate must be professional and able to communicate effectively with customers/residents, and internal support staff. Candidate would typically perform 4 to 5 of these jobs in a single day at various locations and be capable of performing Interior and Exterior repairs. Associated Skill Sets would
