On-the-job Training Grow with a local, family-owned business Responsibilities Assist with the install of real estate signs at designated properties following specific placement guidelines Remove and replace signs as needed during property transactions or market changes Ensure all signs are securely mounted and visible, adhering to safety standards Conduct routine inspections of signage to identify damage or vandalism and report issues promptly Use tools such as hammers, drills, and levels to ensure proper installation and alignment Maintain accurate records of sign placements and removals for reporting purposes Collaborate with team members to coordinate installation schedules efficiently Minimum Requirements Ability to operate basic tools such as drills, post hole digger, hammers, and levels confidently Physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs, carrying, and standing for extended periods during installations, plus walking on uneven surfaces Valid Driver License with clean driving record Previous experience with sign installation or outdoor maintenance is a plus!
