Office/Maintenance Administrator

Responsibilities Social Media Experience/Familiarity with posting ads on different platforms Website Development Quickbooks administration IT Experience/Computer Experience/Office 365 Experience Bookkeeping experience Must have solid customer service experience Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information Schedule and plan meetings and appointments Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues Perform receptionist duties when needed Responsible for Checking in guests Preform inventory in rental units Able to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted Self-Starter mentality. A team player Able to do basic maintenance tasks such as filling water softener salt, changing air filters, light bulbs, etc.
