Required Qualifications:

Upon hire: National Steam Engineer License Grade I

• State County City Trade License Authority or Upon hire: National Steam Engineer License Grade II
• State County City Trade License Authority or Upon hire: National Steam Engineer License Grade III
• State County City Trade License Authority 3 years experience as one of the following: electrician, plumber, HVAC/R mechanic, or four year experience as a maintenance mechanic in building/facility maintenance with a working knowledge of electricity, plumbing, pneumatics, refrigeration and building heating and venting systems.

Training in industrial maintenance; One year of school in industrial maintenance may substitute for one year of working experience. 1 year Healthcare environment experience
