This role is ideal for someone with basic hands-on experience who wants steady, full-time work and an opportunity to grow into a more skilled technician role over time. What You'll Do You'll assist with day-to-day property maintenance and complete routine repair tasks, including: Light Janitorial needs of common areas Basic drywall patching and paint touch-up Caulking, sealing, and minor repairs Door and hardware adjustments Fixture and accessory replacements Property upkeep and punch-list tasks Supporting more experienced technicians on larger repairs Keeping work areas clean and organized Communicating with your team and reporting completed work What We're Looking For This is a hands-on, entry to intermediate role, you should be comfortable using tools and completing basic repairs.
