Preforming Plumbing Maintenance inspections for our Gene's Club members and non-members Utilizing our MSI (maintenance safety inspection) program Complete maintenance, repairs and diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping Ensure compliance with local and national plumbing codes, as well as with Occupational Health and Safety Act Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients Ability to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions for plumbing issues Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan What You'll Bring:
Minimum of 1 - 2 years of plumbing experience Active trainee card Ability to diagnose and recognize plumbing code errors, along with determining corrective and preventive maintenance solutions for customers. Inspection and sales orientated Ability to perform minor plumbing tasks, such as toilet flapper, angle stop, and faucet replacements. An outstanding work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record Professionalism, you take pride in your work and your appearance Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors. Willing to submit to and pass pre-employment background check and drug test (MJ OK) Physical Demands :
