THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
Experience & Skills Strong engineering and maintenance operations experience with demonstrated mechanical aptitude. Proficiency in the following disciplines, with working knowledge of the others: Air conditioning and refrigeration systems Electrical and mechanical systems Plumbing Pneumatic and electronic systems and controls Carpentry and finishing Kitchen equipment and vehicle maintenance Energy conservation systems General building maintenance and management Ability to safely and effectively use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Professional, service-oriented attitude with a commitment to teamwork and guest satisfaction. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, AM and PM shifts, and overtime as business needs require. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
