Full Job Description Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour Job description: We are looking for experienced Rope Access Technicians who bring strong technical ability, a safety-first mindset, and a professional attitude to every job. Our company is well-established in the industry and continues to grow each year. We value skilled technicians who take pride in their work, communicate well, and are willing to apply their rope access experience across multiple types of building-maintenance services. This position is ideal for someone with a solid window cleaning background who is also comfortable learning or performing related exterior maintenance tasks.

Work may include:

Professional high-rise, mid-rise, and specialty window cleaning Pressure washing and soft washing Dryer vent cleaning Window glazing and glass restoration Painting and surface preparation General building maintenance tasks as needed Technicians should be comfortable working at height, following safety procedures, handling equipment, and delivering clean, high-quality results in a variety of field conditions.

Requirements:

Strong safety awareness and adherence to industry best practices Ability to work as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment as needed Valid driver's license required Personal vehicle capable of transporting light equipment is a strong plus
