As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated, personable, and industry‑experienced Countertop Specialist to join our expanding sales team. Position Overview We're seeking someone with natural stone and quartz sales experience , strong product knowledge, and a passion for helping customers bring their projects to life. This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, driven, and eager to grow with a company that rewards hard work and initiative. This position will train and onboard at our Kent location and then provide sales coverage across our Seattle and Lynnwood showrooms . Candidates located centrally to these areas are required. What You'll Do Guide customers through the selection of natural stone and quartz countertops Provide expert product knowledge recommendations Manage showroom appointments and walk‑in customers Support the development and growth of our countertop sales program Collaborate with showroom teams across Kent, Seattle, and Lynnwood Maintain a high‑quality customer experience from first contact to final selection What We're Looking For Experience in countertop, natural stone, or quartz sales (required) Strong communication skills and a personable, outgoing presence Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced environment Willingness to travel between Kent, Seattle, and Lynnwood locations A growth‑minded individual looking to build a long‑term career in the industry Compensation & Earning Potential $20/hour base pay Uncapped commissions designed to reward high performance 1st‑year earning potential: $75,000 2nd‑year earning potential: $90,000+ The harder you work, the more you earn — no ceilings, no limits Ramp Structure (First 90 Days) To support your onboarding and early success, we offer guaranteed minimum commission payouts: Month 1: $2,000 guaranteed or commissions earned (whichever is higher) Month 2: $1,000 guaranteed or commissions earned (whichever is higher) Month 3: $500 guaranteed or commissions earned (whichever is higher) Benefits Medical & dental coverage after 90 days 1-week paid vacation after 1 year of continuous employment Opportunities for advancement after 9 months of successful employment
