Contract Job Duties:

Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on CNC machinery, robotics, PLC systems, and production equipment. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues using diagnostic tools such as multimeters and measuring instruments. Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure safe, reliable equipment operation. Document maintenance activities, work orders, and root cause analyses using CMMS systems. Follow all safety procedures including lockout/tagout, PPE requirements, and OSHA standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. 3 years of hands-on experience with PLCs, robotics, or CNC machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, troubleshooting and repair Advanced troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, and control systems. High School Diploma or GED (Journeyman card or associate degree preferred). 3 years of experience to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, or technical manuals. 3 years of experience to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, or work safely in a physically demanding industrial environment (including wearing steel-toed boots and required PPE).

Pay:

$26.00 - $36.00 per hour
