Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Machine Maintenance Technician to assist in the upkeep, repair, and performance monitoring of machinery and equipment. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in industrial maintenance or manufacturing support. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with routine maintenance and basic repairs on machines and equipment. Perform scheduled cleaning, lubricating, and inspection of machinery. Report any abnormalities, potential issues, or unsafe conditions to supervisors. Use hand tools and basic diagnostic equipment as directed. Keep maintenance logs and document work performed. Support production teams by responding quickly to maintenance requests.
Technical Requirements:
Fabrication Skills (Preferred) Machining Welding Basic Mechanical Aptitude Ability and willingness to learn to troubleshoot and repair machinery. Involves pneumatics, hydraulic, electrical/electronic and mechanical. Basic interest in how machinery and systems function and a desire to improve them Able to lift and carry 50lbs Able to stand for 10 hours per day

Task Oriented Pay:
$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
