Job Description

Graveyard Shift Maintenance Technician Monday-Friday | 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM Are you a hands-on Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving mechanical and electrical challenges, and keeping operations running smoothly? We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on the graveyard shift. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving production and facility equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have strong mechanical and electrical skills and enjoy working independently while making a direct impact on production, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical equipment issues. Perform repairs, adjustments, and rebuilds on production and facility equipment. Complete preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and maintenance manuals. Fabricate and weld parts as needed to support repairs and equipment improvements. Partner with production teams to identify and resolve equipment concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support other maintenance team members as needed and assist with special projects. What We're Looking For Associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field preferred, or equivalent technical training and experience. 2-4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred. Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. High Pressure Boiler Operations Certificate and/or refrigeration certification is a plus. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation. Experience using diagnostic tools and precision measuring instruments. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Physical & Work Environment Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, varying temperatures, moisture, and industrial equipment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching. Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, and other safety gear as needed. Cell phones are not permitted for use on the production floor. Pay:
$23.00 - $31.00 per hour
