Maintenance Technician

Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Facility Maintenance Technician to support warehouse and facility operations within a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for assisting with preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and general facility upkeep to help ensure safe and efficient operations. This is a great opportunity for individuals with maintenance, mechanical, facilities, warehouse, or general repair experience who enjoy working in a team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform general facility maintenance and repair tasks throughout warehouse and office areas Assist with preventative maintenance on equipment, machinery, and building systems Troubleshoot and complete minor repairs related to electrical, plumbing, lighting, HVAC, shelving, doors, docks, and other facility systems Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance and work areas Operate tools and maintenance equipment safely Support facility safety initiatives and follow all company safety procedures Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Coordinate with leadership and outside vendors as needed Assist with warehouse operational support and special projects when required Maintain maintenance records, supply inventory, and repair documentation Qualifications Previous maintenance, facilities, construction, handyman, warehouse, or related experience preferred Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and troubleshooting Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment Forklift or lift equipment experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Comfortable working in a warehouse or industrial setting Ability to lift, bend, climb, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Reliable attendance and strong communication skills Preferred Experience Distribution or warehouse maintenance experience Preventative maintenance experience Familiarity with safety procedures and warehouse operations

Pay:

$25- $35
