Maintenance Technician

POSITION PURPOSE

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing various maintenance functions that are necessary to maintain and enhance the quality of the entire hotel. Performing tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, masonry and electrical to an excellent level. The Maintenance Technician works closely with other departments and others in their department, as a team, on the delivery of an elevated guest experience. Wage Range is $22.75 - $24.00 per hour and is based on tenure, applicable experience and work history.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE

EXPERIENCE:

Experience in hotels preferred, customer service required

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or its equivalent o Excellent organizational skills o Excellent communication skills o Ability to adapt to changing business demands and guest needs o Ability to work an overnight 12 hour schedule: weekends, holidays o Possess a gracious, friendly and fun demeanor
