OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Facility Technician to join the Bodhi CCS team. This position supports the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems across commercial and hospitality environments, including HVAC, plumbing, and general infrastructure.] This role works as part of a collaborative team and performs work under the guidance and direction of Bodhi CCS leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience, solid mechanical aptitude, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, while following established processes and safety standards. Facility Technicians at Bodhi CCS partner closely with project managers, field teams, and clients, contributing to a one-stop-shop service model that prioritizes quality workmanship, accountability, and long-term client relationships. A commitment to safety, clear communication, and maintaining high standards across all work is essential.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond promptly to maintenance requests, service calls and emergencies Troubleshoot, repair, install, maintain, and upgrade the following systems:
  • Refrigeration/HVAC systems
  • Plumbing systems (including domestic hot & cold-water systems)
  • Steam systems, hydronic heating and cooling systems
  • Sanitary waste systems
  • Pool/Whirlpool equipment & systems
  • Boiler systems
  • Kitchen equipment & systems
  • Laundry equipment & systems
  • Building control systems Recommend building repair and maintenance requirements, continuously improving the scope of preventative and predictive maintenance Clean and maintain mechanical areas and related equipment
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance or construction related trades and building maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems
  • Proficient with as-built drawings
  • Basic welding skills and ability to use a wide variety of mechanical tools, both hand and power
  • Refrigeration License Preferred
  • EPA section 608 technician certification
  • Service and communication skills for client and team members (both in person and on the phone)
  • Must be able to adjust work schedule for occasional off-hours, on-call special projects and/or pre-scheduled travel.
  • Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
