Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Maintenance Engineer, dedicated to ensuring optimal operational performance through proactive maintenance and technical expertise. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment, systems, and machinery. Your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills will help minimize downtime, improve efficiency, and uphold safety standards across the facility. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, HVAC systems, electrical panels, and mechanical components. Troubleshoot complex issues using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills to identify root causes quickly and accurately. Repair or replace faulty components such as motors, sensors, valves, or other appropriate methods. Manage maintenance records and work orders using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to track repairs and schedule future maintenance tasks. Conduct field service activities including working at heights or in confined spaces with high voltage or low voltage electrical systems. Collaborate with the production team to optimize equipment performance and implement improvements aligned with manufacturing goals. Maintain safety standards by adhering to electrical codes, lockout/tagout procedures, and proper handling of high voltage systems. Experience Experience working in preventative maintenance within the hotel industry. Knowledge of industrial safety protocols related to high-voltage systems and working at heights or in confined spaces.
