This role is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance, repair, custodial, and groundskeeping tasks to ensure our club remains a welcoming and well-maintained environment for members and staff. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who takes pride in keeping facilities operating smoothly and can handle a wide range of general maintenance and upkeep responsibilities. Work Environment This position works throughout the Yakima Athletic Club facility and outdoors when necessary. The role involves a mix of maintenance, repair, custodial, and grounds tasks to support daily operations. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs throughout the facility Troubleshoot and fix building issues such as plumbing, lighting, fixtures, and equipment Conduct general handyman tasks including carpentry, painting, and basic repairs Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and facility spaces Assist with custodial duties when needed, including cleaning and facility upkeep Perform basic groundskeeping tasks such as outdoor maintenance and seasonal upkeep Monitor facility condition and proactively identify maintenance needs Ensure equipment and building systems are operating safely and efficiently Assist with facility setup and teardown for events or operational needs Communicate maintenance needs and project updates with management

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
