The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in various maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Duties Perform routine maintenance, preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Fabricate and install components as needed based on schematics and technical drawings. Conduct inspections of facilities to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities and work orders. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, ensuring they are safe to use. Assist with residential painting projects as required, ensuring high-quality finishes. Responsible for trash removal on daily basis. Maintain and work with dormakaba electronic lock system. Collaborate with vendors and staff to complete larger projects efficiently. Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests from staff or management, prioritizing tasks effectively to maximize guest satisfaction. Be flexible with availability to include nights, weekends and holidays as necessary for emergency maintenance and business needs. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively. Familiarity with electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems is highly desirable. Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents accurately. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration within the team.
