We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and self-motivated individual to work in our maintenance department. 2-2-3 Twelve hour shifts 5pm - 5am

Key Responsibilities:

Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility equipment. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled repairs. Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to mechanical electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and troubleshooting. Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and make adjustments. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities. Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties. Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervisors. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Involved in new line start-ups, new product or packaging testing process, and installations. Partner with production line operators to meet production schedules, including troubleshooting. and identification of root cause issues and corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence. Demonstrate a leadership position within the company to assist and teach operators basic preventative maintenance procedures and adjustments to settings to improve efficiency. Assist production line team during equipment tear down, sanitation and reassembly process to ensure proper execution of procedures and minimization of downtime or changeover process time.
