Big Bend, Wisconsin Our customer in Big Bend, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We're recruiting a Maintenance Technician / Production to work full ‑ time on 1st shift. As a Maintenance Technician / Production, you will be responsible for supporting production operations by maintaining manufacturing equipment, facilities, and overseeing daily maintenance activities. Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician /

Production:

Create and manage work schedules and post daily maintenance assignments. Complete daily maintenance work assignments. Proactively address production, warehouse, and facility maintenance issues. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC, welding, brazing, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems. Conduct department and facility inspections. Respond proactively to general repair needs. Oversee shift operations for maintenance personnel on the production floor. Maintenance Technician /

Production Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience as a maintenance technician in a food manufacturing environment or related industry. Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in plumbing, electrical systems, and troubleshooting. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in different areas including production, packing, and sanitation. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Ability to follow safety protocols and properly use PPE. Pay for Maintenance Technician /

$35.00•40.00/hour. Maintenance Technician /
