Campground Mechanic - Maintenance and Grounds

Glacier Valley Campground is growing. We are looking for new team members to join us for the 2026 season. You don't need to have experience at a campground, just be willing to learn. You will be responsible for daily upkeep of the property, from maintaining buildings and equipment to landscaping, property upkeep and everything in between. We have full time and part time positions available•come talk to us!

Responsibilities:

Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests Keep equipment in running order through preventative maintenance, general upkeep and proactive care. Landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, planting Maintaining site cleanliness and organization•clean fire pits, move picnic tables, picking up debris as required Clean bathrooms and showers as directed Ready pond for the day•clean beach, organize supplies Set up for the weekly activities; assist when applicable Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Ability to maintain and operate landscaping equipment, including but not limited to: riding lawn tractors, zero turn lawn tractors, weed trimming equipment, skidsteers, utility tractors, etc. Willingness to learn Able to execute repeated tasks to same level in an ongoing fashion Communication and customer service mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiar with basic computer applications and/or willing to learn Available to work weekends and holidays Helpful but not required: 1-3 years of maintenance or landscaping experience Knowledge of campground regulations, safety standards, and hospitality industry trends Previous experience in campground management, hospitality, or a related field Reach out to us•call us at (920) 348-5488 or (608) 818-9616.
