We're looking for someone with Drywall and painting skills. In this role, you will be for maintaining, repairing, and improving a variety of residential and commercial properties. Your energetic approach and technical skills will ensure our facilities operate smoothly, look their best, and meet safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mechanical knowledge, electrical experience, and leadership abilities while contributing to a safe and well-maintained environment. Responsibilities Drywall and plastering walls as needed. Ability to smooth and blend plaster into existing walls. Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks across residential and commercial facilities, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and painting. Conduct inspections using schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues effectively. Operate tools such as ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment to diagnose and resolve mechanical or electrical problems. Assist with facilities upkeep by managing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) records, scheduling routine maintenance, and tracking work orders. Support manufacturing or production environments by maintaining equipment, ensuring safety compliance, and optimizing operational workflows. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients or residents about repair timelines and solutions. Requirements Drywall and plastering skills. Ability to smooth and blend plaster into existing walls. Proven experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, electrical systems, and mechanical maintenance. Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices within residential or manufacturing settings. Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics accurately; familiarity with CMMS software is preferred. Skilled in residential painting, basic carpentry, plumbing repairs, and general handyman tasks. Supervising experience is advantageous for leading small teams or overseeing contractor work. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters; experience with electrical troubleshooting is essential. Excellent communication skills in English; ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership qualities with a focus on safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
