Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Swimming Pool Installer and bring luxurious outdoor retreats to life! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining custom swimming pools, ensuring each project meets high standards of quality and safety. Your expertise will help transform backyard spaces into stunning aquatic havens, providing clients with years of enjoyment. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute precise pool installations. Prepare sites by performing excavation, grading, and concrete forming to create a solid foundation for pools. Install plumbing systems, electrical components, and filtration equipment following safety protocols and technical specifications. Use hand tools and power tools to assemble pool structures, install liners, tiles, coping, and other finishing elements such as plastering and caulking. Operate heavy equipment safely for site preparation and material transportation. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications. Coordinate with team members on fabrication tasks like steel reinforcement or custom features such as hardscape or glass installation. Manage project timelines efficiently while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship throughout each phase of installation. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work, including knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation relevant to construction projects. Familiarity with plumbing, electrical systems, concrete finishing, masonry, tile laying, and related trades such as plastering or welding is highly desirable. Ability to read technical drawings and interpret construction schematics accurately. Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites and adherence to OSHA standards. Experience with construction management or estimating is a plus but not required. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting during installation processes.
