Work model:
On-Site Sunday - Thursday 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM What you will do: Maintenance of the assembly line and fabrication equipment Use schematics, prints, and PLC to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment Routinely perform preventative and predictive maintenance on plant equipment Properly document work workers for recordkeeping in the CMMS Use 5-Why Analysis to determine root cause analysis for equipment issues and develop countermeasures to eliminate future issues Complete work while abiding by all safety standards Utilize equipment such as forklifts, man-lifts, etc., to perform tasks Train employees on procedures and techniques Housekeeping and workstation organization tasks What you will need to be successful: Ability to lift up to 40lbs Must have good computer skills and numerical abilities Ability to use various hand and machine tools used in maintenance work Experience with the maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Experience with a CMMS Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics and prints, and utilize the PLC to troubleshoot equipment Must be proficient in Lockout Tagout (LOTO) Ability to operate equipment such as forklift, man lift, etc. Must be aware of Hazard Communication and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) Experience with 5-Why Analysis Benefits overview: Health, dental, and vision insurance PTO 401k Interested and qualified candidates can contact Alex Borsay at (515) 225-7000 or email .
