APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN FOND DU LAC, WI FULL TIME PERMANENT POSITION

Candidate must be responsible, dependable and perform in a professional manner with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Wage is negotiable based on experience. AppFolio Property Manager application experience is helpful but not required. Job Duties to Include but are not Limited to: Assist Lead Maintenance Technician Prioritize, schedule and process Work Orders Process and complete Purchase Orders Interact with Tenants and Staff Make ready apartments as necessary as units vacate Drywall repair Basic plumbing Basic electric Painting and cosmetic repair to interior and exterior building structures Pool maintenance and inspection Vehicle and equipment maintenance Assist with grounds keeping including lawn mowing and pruning of trees and shrubs Snow removal including using plow equipment Hardworking and flexible Proficient in problem solving Highly organized and self-motivated After hour emergency on call rotation
