Maintenance Mechanic - Long-term, 1st Shift! $28-34/hour!

Maintenance Mechanic needed in Fond du Lac, WI! 1st Shift! Trillium Staffing is currently seeking an experience Maintenance Mechanic to add to our client's growing team! The Maintenance Mechanic should be a jack of all trades with strong mechanical skills to be able to maintain and service shop equipment, along with some vehicle maintenance. This will include general welding and fabrication duties, some basic electrical repairs, and preventative maintenance. The Maintenance Mechanic will also perform oil changes on company trucks and vans, change flat tires and handle DOT requirements for the company vehicles. There are also a few forklifts that will need fluid changes, tire changes and other preventative maintenance tasks. This Maintenance Mechanic opening is a permanent, contract to hire role on 1st shift. Hours are 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday but some flexibility available. Wages are $28-$34/hr, based on experience. Our client has great tenure and hoping to find the right long-term fit. If you meet the qualifications below, please apply now! Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required. At least three years previous equipment maintenance experience including machinery and vehicle repair. Welding/fabrication experience strongly preferred. General electrical experience, preferred. Valid driver's license with a good record.
