AWS First Shift 6:00 am•6:00
PM Pay:

Position Overview:
The Associate Maintenance Technician performs basic repairs and routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment while building technical skills under supervision.
What You'll Do:
Assist with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance Troubleshoot equipment issues and support repairs Help conduct equipment trial runs and ensure proper operation Report equipment issues and safety concerns Maintain tools, parts inventory, and accurate work logs Support team efforts to minimize downtime Follow safety standards and GMP guidelines Keep work areas clean and organized Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Basic math, computer, and documentation skills (Microsoft Office preferred) Ability to read and interpret manuals and safety guidelines Strong teamwork and communication skills Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
