You'll be instrumental in maintaining equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Duties

• 75% Mechanical 25% Electrical Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.

Troubleshoot and repair machinery using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to diagnose and resolve automation issues. Conduct inspections with precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters to ensure equipment accuracy. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Operate industrial tools including welding equipment , scissor lifts, and HVAC/R systems for repairs or upgrades. Assist in field service tasks and support technical sales initiatives when required. Follow safety protocols related to high voltage, low voltage, and electrical work to ensure a safe working environment. Skills Extensive experience working within manufacturing facilities with a solid understanding of industrial mechanics and maintenance practices. Proficiency with schematics, technical drawings, and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems. Knowledge of HVAC systems, hydraulics, welding techniques , and industrial electrician experience. Ability to operate field service equipment such as scissor lifts safely and efficiently. Strong analysis skills for diagnosing complex machinery issues quickly and accurately. Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and maintenance tracking.
