Join Dahl Automotive 's team as a Maintenance Technician and help maintain the safety, functionality, and appearance of all Dahl properties. In this role, you will perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boilers, and facility systems, complete building upkeep tasks, and respond to emergency maintenance needs. This position includes company-provided tools and a brand-new work truck for on-the-job use.
Your responsibilities and contributions:
Perform routine and preventative maintenance across all Dahl properties, including HVAC systems, air compressors, overhead doors, electrical, plumbing, waste oil equipment, and other utility systems Complete monthly building and equipment maintenance checklists and maintain accurate records of all scheduled service and repairs Conduct exterior property maintenance, including litter removal, solar panel cleaning, gutter inspections, and upkeep of building façades Clean, inspect, and maintain boilers, including proper chemical water treatment as required Perform general facility repairs such as door repairs, carpet replacement, and ceiling tile installation Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests as directed by the General Manager Repair drywall and plaster, and complete interior and exterior painting as needed to maintain facility appearance and safety Perform routine and preventative maintenance across all Dahl properties, including HVAC systems, air compressors, overhead doors, electrical, plumbing, waste oil equipment, and other utility systems Complete monthly building and equipment maintenance checklists and maintain accurate records of all scheduled service and repairs Conduct exterior property maintenance, including litter removal, solar panel cleaning, gutter inspections, and upkeep of building façades Clean, inspect, and maintain boilers, including proper chemical water treatment as required Perform general facility repairs such as door repairs, carpet replacement, and ceiling tile installation Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests as directed by the General Manager Repair drywall and plaster, and complete interior and exterior painting as needed to maintain facility appearance and safety Your qualifications Organized and friendly personality Time management skills Fantastic communication skills Team-oriented and self-motivated Able to work with little supervision Clean driving record and valid driver's license Able to lift 75+ pounds Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
