Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and installations of automatic pool cover systems. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, works well independently, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in delivering high-quality service to customers. Pool cover experience is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate through our hands-on training program. Candidates with backgrounds in construction, mechanical service, electrical work, or other skilled trades are encouraged to apply. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company. Responsibilities Perform Maintenances automatic pool cover systems Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues Replace ropes, pulleys, sliders, guide feeds, and other system components Adjust system alignment for proper operation Change hydraulic fluid and perform hydraulic system maintenance Complete sewing repairs using a sewing awl and sewing machine Install replacement fabrics and complete guide conversions Install underguide, recessed top guide, and deck-mounted cover systems Install underguide track systems with or without water in the pool Document all work in our digital platform Maintain professional communication with customers at all times Participate in rotating Saturday and holiday on-call schedules Keep company vehicles, tools, and work areas clean and organized Perform all work safely and with a strong commitment to quality What We're Looking For Reliable, humble and willing to learn Positive attitude and strong work ethic Able to transfer mechanical knowledge to auto pool cover industry Customer-focused mindset Commitment to quality workmanship and professionalism Benefits May Include Competitive pay Overtime opportunities Paid training Career growth opportunities Company vehicle/tools provided Health and retirement benefits Paid time off and holidays Join a team that values hard work, quality craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service while building a long-term career in a growing industry.

Requirements:

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability required Experience with construction, service work, hydraulics, electrical systems, or pool industry preferred Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift and carry heavy materials Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required Willingness to learn and grow within the company
