Maintenance

• Overview:

• We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team. Open to different skill levels. Pay depends on level of skill.
• Must have drivers license.
• Must have weekend availability.

Maintenance will be provided for several different businesses including but not limited to the following: Hot Shots Imaging locations, The Grateful Shed, Pure Sugar Candy Stores, and rental properties.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments & prioritize tasks based on urgency. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities & minimize disruptions to operations. Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools. Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to schedules to minimize downtime & maximize efficiency. Diagnose & troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, carpentry and plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders. Requirements Experience as a maintenance technician or similar role. Proficiency in troubleshooting & repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Knowledge of hand & power tools used in maintenance work. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift heavy objects. Willingness to work flexible hours & respond to maintenance emergencies outside of regular schedule.
