This role combines administrative coordination with hands-on labor, maintenance, repairs, unit turnovers, project support, and seasonal needs such as snow removal. Key Responsibilities Property Management Tasks (Year-Round): Handle maintenance requests Perform minor repairs and remodeling (paint, flooring, fixtures, drywall, etc.) Assist with tenant move-in/move-out needs Support appointment scheduling and vendor coordination

Winter Season Tasks:

Interior renovations and repair work General handyman tasks Participation in snow removal (driveways, sidewalks, entryways, salting as needed) Construction Support (Summer & Weather-Permitting): Assist with gutter installation, Roof Repairs Support roofing repair crews Assist with siding and window projects Prep and cleanup at job sites Help maneuver company vehicles during busy summer months—primarily assisting with positioning and backing up dumpster trailers, hauling material, and transporting job-site equipment Preferred Qualifications Experience in Exteriors construction(Roofing, siding, gutters, Windows), handyman tasks, or building maintenance Strong communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Experience with Exterior work (Roof, Siding, Gutters)
