You will be in customers' homes and businesses every day — and the experience they have often comes down to you. What you'll own Install residential and commercial garage doors and openers Diagnose mechanical issues accurately and communicate findings clearly to customers Represent Ziebell Door Company with professionalism at every job site Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and leave every job site tidy Work independently and manage your daily schedule with minimal supervision Collaborate with the office team to keep customers informed and jobs on track What we're looking for Hands-on experience in construction, mechanical trades, or a related field Clean driving record — a company vehicle is required for this role Comfortable working independently and solving problems in the field Professional, friendly demeanor with customers — this is a customer-facing role every day Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment, working on ladders, and performing overhead work Reliable and detail-oriented — you take pride in doing the job right the first time Able to commute to the Merrill, WI area preferred What we offer $22-$30 per hour based on experience All tools provided — no out-of-pocket equipment costs Company vehicle provided for all work travel Health share with company contribution Dental coverage Paid time off + paid holidays Retirement with up to 3% match Annual performance bonus Short-term disability + supplemental options 6-8 week training program How to apply —
