Principal Duties Perform maintenance repairs and trash pick-up at our commercial properties. Complete light landscape maintenance which could include weed removal, laying fertilizer, and trimming of bushes. Assist with vendor communications and overseeing of vendor work Assist with tenant communications regarding maintenance We are anticipating this position to carry 15-25 hours weekly but the workload will fluctuate. Kraemer Development will provide a vehicle and the tools necessary for the position. Requirements Valid WI driver's license Preferably background in commercial maintenance At least (1) year of maintenance experience About us - "We take pride in what we create" Kraemer Development was founded in 2012 by Jeff Kraemer.
