milton, wisconsin Posted 6/1/2026 Closes 6/29/2026 Job details Summary Spherion Permanent Various Shifts Available Industry installation, maintenance & repair (Installation, Maintenance, and Repair Occupations) Reference number S_176375 We are looking for Maintenance Mechanics for a fast paced, production environment to keep the equipment running smoothly through a combination of preventive maintenance and just in time repairs.

Responsibilities:

Perform regular preventative maintenance on various pieces of equipment including folders, inserters, and tabbers Perform electro-mechanical related maintenance as required or demonstrate basic mechanical skills Ensure that all safety devices are in place and functioning properly Read and interpret job instructions and assist with machine set-ups Perform just in time repairs to computerized and electronic systems, including camera systems, and sensors Working hours:

Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of tools used for SAE or Metric hardware Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to work without close supervision Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk constantly for duration of shift Must have a High School Diploma/GED ... 2-3 years of prior mechanical experience required Are you looking for a maintenance position with work life balance?
